Scarflova’s Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item for any reason, Scarflova gladly accepts returns that meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase
- The item is in original saleable condition:
- With all original tags and any sewn labels still attached
- In an unworn, unopened and unused state
- A return form is completed and accompanies your returning items(s).
No refund or exchange will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled. If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Scarflova reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items. Scarflova will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment or a gift card to our store, whichever you prefer.
We recommend that you send your return with a shipping method that allows you to track your return.
Please note: We reserve the right to send back any product with visible signs of wear. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.
Scarflova reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
How to Initiate a Return
As Scarflova adopts sustainable and eco-friendly practices, your package will not be shipped with any paper invoices or return slips. Instead, we ask that you request your return electronically by dropping us a email. We will provide you with a RMA #. You must quote the RMA # in your return parcel.
Please note that it is important to ship international packages using standard shipping and your country's local shipping carrier. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.
A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
Silk scarves especially are delicate and require proper handling. Folding and packaging properly ensures that we will be able to resell item to other customers in the future.
We reserve the right to refuse any return at any time, even if it is within the return policy. We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee and to charge the buyer for shipping costs (especially on orders that received free shipping).
Damaged Items / Order Errors:
Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged item. In addition, due to human error, order mistakes are possible. For these reasons, it is important to open & inspect your items as soon as you receive them.
Please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your order. We cannot honor changes outside of the time frames, as stated within our policies.
